Effective date: 21 September 2026
The rest of this page is the full agreement. Please read sections 7 and 9 before buying.
These terms are an agreement between you and S Charles Consulting LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Falcon Quality ("Falcon Quality," "I," "me," "my"), of 499 Highland Dr, Danville, CA 94526.
They apply when you use falconquality.com, take the gap analysis, book a call, or buy a course or consulting time. If you're acting for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirm you're authorized to. By using the site or buying from me, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 to use the site or buy anything.
Current prices and descriptions are on the site. I may change what I offer and what it costs, but a change never affects something you've already paid for.
I don't guarantee certification. Certification is granted by an independent, accredited registrar, and whether you achieve it depends on your own organization's work, its records, its people and the registrar's judgment. My courses, templates and advice are designed to prepare you, but no outcome is promised, and nothing I say should be taken as a prediction that you'll pass an audit.
Some parts of the site need an account. Please give accurate information, keep your password private, and don't share your login. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell me straight away if you think someone else has used it.
The gap analysis is a self-assessment. Its scores and gap list reflect only the answers you give; it isn't an audit and doesn't verify anything. The free consultation call gives you my general view of your situation in thirty minutes, and it doesn't include reviewing your documents. Both are provided free of charge and without any warranty.
Please read this section before you buy.
Because courses and templates are digital and can be downloaded, they are non-refundable once accessed. "Accessed" means you've logged in to the course, viewed any lesson, downloaded any file, or used the AI assistant.
The forms, procedures, templates and AI assistant are available only from inside the course, so you can't receive any of them without accessing it. Nothing is sent separately by email at purchase.
If you haven't accessed the course, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email [email protected]. The course platform records logins, lesson views and downloads, and those records decide whether a course has been accessed.
Single calls and blocks of calls are non-refundable. Unused calls expire twelve months after purchase and can't be exchanged for cash or credit.
Regardless of the above, you'll get a refund if:
If something's wrong, please contact me first — I'll try to put it right. Disputing a charge with your card issuer without doing so may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
When you buy a course, you receive a license for use by your organization — the company named at purchase, including its employees and sites. Within that organization you may:
If you're a consultant and want to use the material with clients, contact me for a separate license.
Everything included with a course — the lessons, forms, procedures, templates and, where included, the AI assistant — is delivered inside the course platform once you log in. Opening or downloading any of it counts as accessing the course for the purposes of section 7.
Where a course includes access to the Falcon Quality AI assistant, it answers questions about the standards and the course material. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the standard itself before you act on it, and treat its answers as general information rather than professional advice. Conversations with the assistant are stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Access to the assistant is governed by the terms shown when you buy, and may be limited in time or usage.
Your online access continues for as long as I offer the course. If I ever stop offering it, I'll give you at least 90 days' notice by email so you can download the materials. When a standard changes materially — as ISO 9001 did in September 2026 — I update the affected material and you receive the updated version at no extra charge for as long as I offer the course.
Larger engagements, such as building a system for you or a remote audit of an existing one, are quoted separately and governed by a written agreement.
Anything you share with me about your business — documents, procedures, audit findings, assessment answers, and what we discuss on calls — stays yours, and I keep it confidential. I use it only to help you, and I don't disclose it to anyone except as required by law. I'm glad to sign your non-disclosure agreement before we start.
How I handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The site, the courses, the templates, the gap analysis and everything in them are owned by Falcon Quality and protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license in section 8, no rights are transferred to you.
If you send me suggestions or feedback about my services, I may use them freely without owing you anything. This doesn't apply to your business information, which stays confidential under section 10.
You're welcome to link to the site.
Please don't:
I work hard to keep the site, courses and advice accurate and current, but standards change and every organization is different. Except as stated in these terms, the site and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. I don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost contracts, or the cost of a failed or delayed certification. My total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100.
Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using the site at any time and ask me to close your account.
I may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms — for example by sharing course materials outside your organization. If I end your access for any other reason, I'll refund the unused part of anything you've paid for.
Sections 3, 8 (as to documents you've created), 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16 continue after this agreement ends.
If you have a problem, please contact me first and give me 30 days to try to resolve it — most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring the claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Otherwise, disputes will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and we both agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
