Blocks of one-to-one time with me, for the parts of certification you'd rather not work out alone. Most people use these alongside the course, when they hit something the video didn't quite cover.
Book a call$175 for a single call. Five for $600, ten for $1,000. Buy time when you need it, not on a retainer.
No retainer, no minimum engagement, no scoping meeting before the scoping meeting.
One, Five or ten calls, paid up front. Blocks are good for twelve months, so you can spread them across a certification project rather than using them up in a fortnight.
Pick a slot from my calendar. Sixty minutes each. Send anything you want me to look at beforehand and I'll have read it before we start.
Screen share, your documents open, my notes on what to change. Not a lecture on what clause 8.4 requires.
Calls are on Zoom and I can record them on request, then send you the link. Worth doing when we work through a procedure, so you can go back to exactly what was said instead of trusting your notes.
Same call whichever you pick. The blocks cost less per hour because they usually mean we're working a whole project rather than one question.
One hour, no commitment. For a specific question or questions you want settled by someone who has answered it before.
Book one call$120 an hour. Enough to get past obstacles, review the documents you're least sure about, or prepare for an audit.
Get started$100 an hour. Enough to carry you through a certification project from gap analysis to the Stage 2 audit, checking in as each stage comes up.
Get startedNot sure which fits? Book a free introductory call and tell me what you're facing. If the course or the free assessment would serve you better than paid time, I'll say so, you can always book calls later.
At this price I'm not writing your quality manual or building your system. I'm making sure what you build is right, and stopping you spending three weeks on something that takes three days.
The course gives you the procedures, the forms and the order to build them in. The calls are for the places where your shop doesn't look like the example, which happens to everyone.
If you want the system built for you, or a full remote audit of an existing QMS, that's a different arrangement. Book a call and we'll work out what it involves.
Run the free gap analysis first. Fifty-nine questions, scored by section, with a written finding for every gap. Most people find it answers the question of how much help they actually need.
